1. Shipping within Romania:
- Free for all orders.
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days from the shipment date.
2. Shipping in Europe:
- Free for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
- Delivery time: 3-7 working days from the shipment date.
3. Order Production Time:
- Since each order is custom-made for the client, production takes 21 working days. Orders are dispatched immediately after completion.

Since all the clothing items on our website are made exclusively to order, we do not accept returns due to changes in purchasing decisions or other reasons not involving manufacturing defects.
However, if the ordered product has manufacturing defects or brand-related faults, we commit to offering a refund, as follows:
1. Accepted Defects for Return:
- Loose seams
- Damaged materials
2. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing clear evidence (photos) of the detected defects.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
- In the case of proven defects, we will cover the costs of return shipping and the delivery of a replacement item.
Each of our glass bags is one-of-a-kind, and it’s not possible to recreate an identical piece. However, we can craft a similar design just for you. If you’re interested, please reach out to us by email, and we’ll be happy to discuss creating a unique glass bag inspired by the original.
If a product is no longer in stock, please feel free to email us! We can discuss creating a similar version of the item using an alternative material. This way, we can still provide you with a unique product that meets your preferences.

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button.
